Patient Surveys and Questionnaires

City Health Care Partnership CIC has now completed our 2012/13 Annual Patient Experience Questionnaire

This is our fourth annual patient satisfaction survey and SMSR Ltd were commissioned to carry out the survey. This year more than 1,000 patients and service users completed the questionnaire either over the telephone or face-to-face. The coverage of the survey encompassed 36 discrete areas of delivery across both Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire.

We have achieved some fantastic headline results, including:

  • 95% of respondents rated their overall experience as excellent, very good or good
  • 96% of all respondents said that based on their overall experience they would recommend the service
  • 96% of respondents said the service had either matched or exceeded their expectations
  • 97% of patients described their overall care and support as excellent, very good or good
